Finally had a chance to try Samuel Gawith RB Plug on this crisp Fall afternoon paired with a Devonshire Earl Grey Tea. RB is a fantastic tobacco. I cut a few thin flakes and let them dry for an hour and it burned great. A little extra lights here and there but not bad. The Lakeland topping isn’t too crazy, but paired perfectly with the higher amount of bergamot in the tea. Slight gingerbread, woody, floral and baking spices. The bowl really hit its groove at about half way. I initially had Grousemore plug on my last
order and changed it to RB at the last minute and I’m glad I did.
