On a perfect Fall afternoon, Peretti Ampersand Flake (&) in a large-bowled (half-filled) Santambrogio. This. Is. Excellent. It smokes so easily. Such a pleasant retro.

I half-filled this larger Santambrogio because I don't have a wide/shallow-bowled pipe (yet). I'm thinking about making one
Tim, that is a good looking pipe. I love that bowl.

My hours vary. Generally, if I get five hours sleep, I'm fine. That doesn't always happen. I seldom take naps. I never needed eight to ten hours sleep a night in my life. I'm just used to being this way. I know what your lady is going through. I have a couple of ideas about it if you want to phone chat.
Thanks Jim.
I may hit you up on a private message and set it up.

My Sweetheart deals with the same off cycle, not good.

Beautiful scenery, SB. Can't imagine how exciting that must be.

This may be a dumb question, but you mentioned hoping for a cow Elk. Are they preferable to the bulls as far as the meat, size, etc.??

First day of the winter to get into the twenties. Wind has been fierce so been cleaning and winterizing the barn. Trough was covered with about 1/2" of ice so I got the heating element going there. Even colder tonight.

My contribution to Meer Monday is my new Tekin with some Carolina Red Flake w/ Perique. I think I can see some coloring taking place along the edges.......

Now smoking year 2014 Dan Tobacco Hamborger Veermaster in a smooth straight brown 1950 Dunhill 48 bulldog group 4 root briar with a black vulcanite fish tail saddle stem. Norton the Nosey is following me everywhere as usual. The other ferals were in earlier, but didn't stay long. If we can't find a home for Norton, I hope they start getting along some time soon. Norton is trying to do that.

Daisy the Feral Princess came in to eat, and she wanted a lot of attention. She's such a loving cat. She nibbled on my arm at one point, and then gave it a lick to insure that it was all for love. This is a year old photo, but I like the look on her face in this one.
