Cornell and Diehl River Boat Gambler in this Larry Roush Poker / Billiard. It's one of my best smoking pipes no matter what you call it.View attachment 427784
I will agree that Larry has a knack for creating just the right balance. Not only in the weight of the pipe itself but something about how the draw comes through the tobacco in the bowl. I noticed on the very first smoke of my poker.

interesting! That is really good to know! Is the vanilla the toping or casing? Do you know what millenium has been topped/cased with? Thanks so much for this info!
I believe the vanilla was a topping on 1776 though it was mild. I could be wrong because a lot of years have passed since I smoked Millennium, but I don't remember a topping on it, and I don't believe there was one. Casing seemed to be citrus, but don't take that as gospel.

oh I See! I thought you meant the Mchenry Fader had the vanilla topping.

Hoping it’s not heavy. Since McC shouldn’t be.

I need to find the 2000 Millenium to compare

Earlier, I did a set of walking reps, and smoked a bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in a slight bent black pattern etched 1977 Lorenzo Lorsan Sigma level top billiard with a gray swirl acrylic saddle stem. Daisy the Feral princess body blocked the deck steps for attention. She followed in me to get more to eat. Harry the Hairy was in for a while, and then went out when Molly Danger came to the den. Molly wasn't happy to see Daisy either, but calm ruled the den.

Lunch was a tall stack of cinnamon raisin French toast with unsalted peanuts and a golden delicious apple. Currently, I've a third of a bowl left of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star Jamaica Blue Mountain, neat, is my drink. Have enough left for one more batch. Going to clean a few pipes.

Haven’t tried G.L. Pease Windjammer yet — somehow I’ve always passed it by. The blend looks pretty intriguing though, with Virginias, Burleys, Cavendish, and a touch of Perique with rum. Maybe it’s time to give it a try.
Dude your in for a treat. Windjammer is some good stuff.I really like Haddos Delight, Barbary Coast, and Windjammer all of those I really liked.
