Love this little pipe, the blend is a palate switch from the dark fired and VA’s I’ve been pounding lately.View attachment 260617
Nicotiana is quite an attractive plant in bloom, I use it as a background structural element in some of my annual beds. The aesthetic varieties are poor tobacco producers, though.
@HRPufnstuf When I was at college we sold it as a houseplant. Should the Clay King get one?Nicotiana is quite an attractive plant in bloom, I use it as a background structural element in some of my annual beds. The aesthetic varieties are poor tobacco producers, though.
Bedding varieties tend to require full sunlight. Might be leggy and pale as a houseplant. And the leaves can be quite sticky, might collect dust, cat hair, etc. Personal taste is the deciding factor in all things. Might be a nice accent for a sunny balcony or patio.@HRPufnstuf When I was at college we sold it as a houseplant. Should the Clay King get one?
@Butter Side Down I enjoyed the Old Dark Fired in my clay pipes. @Chasing Embers recommends Old Dark Fired for finding out how much a giant clay pipe would hold and how long it would take to smoke.Saturday afternoon is my favorite time of the week.
Old Dark Fired. Speyburn 10. Chet Baker. PG Wodehouse.
