Had a bowl of Odyssey. There is BYOB event at the local Pipe shop tomorrow in New Milford, IL. Pretty excited. Might pick up a Meer and a Cob. Just to try the different types of pipes lol.

It's been a busy, busy day and week here. Finally sitting down to some Burley Flake #2 in a Rossi Billiard. A stout tobacco is a fine reward at the end of the day!
The way the cost of tobacco is going now, we'll all be using small bowls in these days too.@Tate My Old Dominion Jamestowne clay has a smaller bowl than yours
17th century clays had small bowls due to the higher cost of tobacco in those days.

Watch City Slices in a Peterson System Standard B42. Just finished my never ending jar of it with this bowl. I was sad because I thought I was running out of it, but this past weekend, I went by my parents house for dinner and I happened to rummage through my cellar, which is located there, and found a jar with about 8 oz of it mixed in with the rest of my bulk blends. I'm happy knowing that I still have enough of this blend to last a while if I continue rationing it the way I rationed this last jar.
Just finished smoking Wilke Gentry Royal Blend No. 2 in a black sandblast quarter bend undated Briarcraft (Dr. Grabow made) Wimbledon 810 author with a tapered black vulcanite stem.
Now smoking Wilke No. 111 in a straight smooth medium brown 2016 Brigham Klondike 16 bulldog with a tapered black acrylic stem.
Last of the Abingdon on top of Laurel Heights, in the Nording.

Now smoking C&D Virginia Gentleman in a straight smooth dark brown pre-1940s Comoy’s Jost’s Olde English Supreme J299 Canadian with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Just fed Daisy the Feral Princess and Tomato the Brave. None of the others were around. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Wow, Tom is renowned for his bits and their comfort. I know you can get bit replacements for the basic pipes, maybe worth a try if it continues to give you grief. Enjoy it in good health mate, looks like a beauty
