Escudo in the bigger Marxman Super Briar. Definitely one of my favorite pipes and I think I might cellar a couple tins of this. I tend to gravitate towards very pungent blends so it's a good change of pace.
Current production Escudo is great, if you like that, Peterson navy rolls and Davidoff flake medallions might also flip your switch. I’m sure they are all better with some age.

Sutliff Maple Shadows cut with Cornell and Diehl Burley Flake #1 in a Savinelli 9mm Billiard. View attachment 263566

I don’t know if it’s just a weird JPG artifact, but there appears to be a jagged, dotted line around the pipe in your pic that makes it seem like the pipe was selected and cut out in Photoshop and placed on another pic with the tin.

It's not just around the pipe; it's also around the tin top as well. Best guess is a small image resized.

Almost half way through this bowl of year 2015 John Aylesbury Sir John’s Flake Virginia in a straight smooth light brown 2020 Ryan Alden Ace of Spades squat bulldog with a spalted pecan top and ferrule that’s attached to the tapered black acrylic stem. Gold Star Brazilian Bourbon Santos, neat, is my drink.
