Almost a third of the way through this bowl of Wilke Gentry Royal Blend No. 2 in a black sandblast quarter bend undated Briarcraft (Dr. Grabow made) Wimbledon 810 author with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Working and listening to Philip Marlowe on the XM. It's one of the better written detective radio shows of the time period.

Half way through this bowl of year 2012 Carter Hall in a black rusticated medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY 4AB No. 437/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Work's done for the day, and I was surprised that no ferals have been around the past three hours. Never had that happen before, but I'm sure they are okay.

Last smoke of the day is Prince Albert in a 2020 smooth light brown, slight bent J. Everett straight grain chubby author with a spalted birch ferrule and a black saddle vulcanite stem in the military mount style. Well, Tomato showed up to eat. Big surprise, lol.

@Chaukisch Do you think the "Clay King" will have a nice smell in the pouch / container and while it's smoked???
That honey / mead / lemon Virginia sounds delicious!
For sure! With the Black Cavendish it'll be great.

It’s a kind of home brewed “Squadron Leader” I think. Last time I got my hands on it I paid around 23 $ for the usual small tin.
That's a mighty price for a little tin. For three bucks more you could get 2kg/4lb of that Virginia Latakia Bright.
Like I said, the leaves were just cleaned and cut up. The more I smoke of it the more I like it.
I want to try and tame the Orientals bite with it.

OT:
No idea what exactly I'm smoking right now, some leftovers with Virginia Latakia Bright to make a full bowl out of it. It definitely has Danish style Black Cavendish in it. Oh well, down the clay it goes.

The first puff revealed a nice note of Cyprus Latakia as well. Sweet, spicy, slightly Latakia-y. Good smoke!

@Chaukisch Got another 5 bags of rubbish today; 20 in total this week. Keeping up the good work!
Met a fellow pipe smoker who let the Clay King have a few pipefuls of St Bruno Flake; it smells amazing!
Just going to smoke another clay pipe now and then have a late lunch as I've been working hard all morning!
