Did a little snacking, and am close to finishing this bowl of first release Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Since this has been a Peterson day, I thought I'd break out the 4ABs.

Just passing the quarter mark on this bowl of Wilke No. 515 in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This was the blend Basil Rathbone smoked. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Just passing the half way mark on this bowl of year 2012 Carter Hall in a black rusticated medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY 4AB No. 437/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This will end my smoking day. Fed Suzy and Molly, and three ferals, although Tomato wanted more, so he got more.

I started the day with Orlic Slices in the newly acquired ‘69 Dunhill Shell and have moved on to Kramer’s House Aro in this Anne Julie Stanwell egg.

I’m pondering the idea blend to break in this 1926 Civic Senate pipe I just got with silver work by Reuben Jordan. Unfortunately the bulldog was missing from the case and I’ll probably spend the rest of my days looking for a replacement. image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

Solani 633 in this Kaywoodie Straight Grain that was likely a custom job as there’s no stinger just a push bit which is great for me because I can’t stand stingers and have a tin full of them. Along with the Bullseye Grain these are among the rarer K’s, selling at the time for considerably more than Dunhill pipes in the US. I love it for its simplistic beauty as well as it being a great smoker. image.jpg

2019 Escudo in my mystery basket briar, folded and stuffed the previous night. Perhaps one of these days, I'll be in the folded-and-stuffed-and-smoked-to-the-bottom-with-one-match club, but certainly not today! :ROFLMAO:

Drinking some coffee and watching a storm roll in.

As you might see from the picture, there was room in the chamber for more than just one coin's worth, but I don't mind just smoking that much and moving on to another pipe...
