Long drive, great meeting, beautiful scenery and a stop at a B&M that was more than conveniently on my way. They are great because of the selection they have of otherwise unavailable blends. Went for one, didn’t have ?, so picked up a couple I haven’t tried yet. Old Gowrie got a test run on the drive home and Hal O’ the Wynd gets a drive in a Stanwell in a little bit. 3B323020-22E7-42F6-B5EB-DE2CA1907DF3.jpeg

Watched Feyenoord Rotterdam win against Union Berlin in the Conference League (3rd European soccer competion after Champions League and Europa League). Game was awefull due to the pitch being very bad, but they took 3 points home and something really terrible has to happen to not survive for the knockout phase of the league. Somehow I like this tobacco when watching sports.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation 2012 Anniversary Blend in a straight smooth dark brown late 1890s, early 1900s WDC bulldog with silver bands around the ridges, a decorative sterling silver band and tapered black vulcanite stem with an orific bit.

Not far from finishing this bowl of Low Country Pipe & Cigar Natural Virginia & Burley in a 2020 straight black sandblasted Merchant Service “Bing” Standard with a nickel band and black vulcanite tapered stem.

I just recently stumbled across Merchant Service pipes while browsing Blue Room. They seem like a steal for $150. How do you like yours?
