Got some very necessary sleep, and then enjoyed a wonderful salad, snapper and sugar snap peas dinner with Triopolitan ice cream for dessert. I'm just past the half way mark on this bowl of Sutliff Cringle Flake (Holiday Edition 2020) in a black straight, grain etched family era (Post WW2) Four Dot Sasieni “Appleby” apple with a tapered black vulcanite stem.

I am fascinated by the color of this pipe!

I believe it’s called ox blood. The stem appears to be Bakelite. I highly doubt it’s Amber.

I initially thought it was colored completely by smoking. I am sure tobacco tar also helped the oxblood to create that gorgeous look.
Now smoking 1980s Player’s Whiskey Brown Flake Ready Rubbed in a 1980s White Pipe straight lattice apple meerschaum with an acrylic yellow cream colored saddle stem.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of SWRA in a straight black sandblast undated Savinelli Hercules 115EX pot with a tapered black vulcanite stem.
Having my second bowl of the day, a bowl of McClelland #2015 VaPer Flake in a Bones Blackjack bent bulldog. My first was enjoyed while taking the dogs on an afternoon walk with the wife, and it was a bowl of Watch City Deluxe Crumb Cut, enjoyed in a Peterson Aran straight apple.
Close to finishing this bowl of Stokkebye Highland Whiskey in a 2013 slight bend grain etched briar John Barrett Volcano with a walnut shank and a black plastic stem.
About a third of a bowl left of Angler's Dream in a 1984 Stanwell Antique 124 egg with a smooth brown front and a black sandblasted back with a dark gold ferrule and black vulcanite stem in the military mount style. It's been a long time since I smoked it, and I forgot how fast this burns.
