Enjoying this warm day out back while watching the sunset. First time with St. Bruno Flake in my smooth bent Parker Jockey Club. Didn't care too much for the tin note but the flavor does agree with me. Salted the tin away for little over a year so I hope the time helped the flavor.

Since having COVID, I've lost interest in tobacco. Hopefully this will change.

Showing some SG FVF who's boss in my new to me British clay ca. 1970/80.View attachment 49814
Nice clay!
I'll be smoking some Full Virginia Flake in my clays when I receive my order from @tozert, together with some Kendal Cream Flake and Skiff Mixture. They all sound delicious!
I wouldn't be surprised if Samuel Gawith himself smoked a clay pipe, as Gawith Hoggarth blends smoke well in a clay - it's as though they were made to be smoked in clay pipes!
Not mentioning the price but I paid less than 2 packets of OTC pipe baccy here in the UK!!!

Here
SPC Potlatch in a Radice Rind Canadian. For whatever reason, I just don't get this blend. It's not bad by any means. Just kind of plain tasting to my palate.

Potlatch can be tricky. Maybe try a broader pipe chamber and play around with you cadence a bit.

Check out my old write up HERE where I detailed similar experiences that I and others had and how I managed to finally get to the happy place.
