Catching up - late morning smoke. When I bought the meer-lined Falcon bowl I had some misgivings and apprehensions, but not now. Dedicated to rum tobaccos, this bowl gives me the best smokes I've ever had from Backwoods Buttered Rum, my favourite of the breed, than in any pipe other pipe I've smoked it in. This morning was no exception. I no longer have reservations of meer-lined bowls.

I'm glad to hear that you like the meer-lined bowl: I've been looking at those too, and debating whether to get a Falcon bowl or a full-size meer. But who says it needs to be either/or?? ;)
