4th Generation 1931 Flake in the Gefapip Giant, with morning coffee. Rains and winds must have stirred up some spores from the extraordinary growths of assorted mushrooms and fungi over the last week, or something, as wife and i both have stuffed up sinuses this a.m. Somewhat muted smoke.

Potting up some hardy perennials in the greenhouse, with the rusticated Dublin stuffed with Peterson's Irish Flake (or, as I prefer to call it, The Amber Gateway To The Court Of Celestial Peace). It smokes beautifully in the Dublin, to which I might dedicate it. The Eve Of All Hallows passed without incident, as our cottage is 75 yards up a dark, tree-shadowed walkway off the nearest road.

Near the half way mark of this bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Fed Daisy the Feral Princess and Harry the Hairy. Since it's sprinkling a little, I figure Tomato the Brave is wherever he hides from the rain. Still haven't seen Abner the Eager.
