Near the half way mark of this bowl of year 2020 Angler's Dream in a 2018 natural smooth medium bend Peterson 03 apple silver spigot military mount with a tapered black acrylic fish tail stem. I'll end the day with this smoke. Fed all the cats except for the absent Abner the Eager. I did everything I needed and wanted to do, so I'm reading while this bowl lasts.

How do you get along with aged Gatlinburlier blends? I have a jar of Cherokee Cherry and Frank's Blend from about 2015 harred up. I also have each a large jar of Iwan Ries Gourmet English ad Aromatic jarred in 2011that I forgot about.
I’m interested in this question as well. Made my first visit to Gatlinburlier last week and brought home 2oz bags of five different blends (only one of them aromatic, the Black Jack’s Bourbon). I know that they’re most likely just repackaged Lane and Sutliff blends, maybe with a little in-house topping, but if they’re good, I may stock up.

Now smoking year 2012 Virginia Spice in a 1979 brown grain etched Lane Era Charatan's Make medium bend calabash shape 483DC with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. Every time I smoke this, I notice that the condimental Connecticut shade cigar and perique are a tad stronger than when I smoked it fresh. The mellowing of the Virginias due to the aging process causes this effect. Harry the Hairy came in to eat, and wanted back out. Everybody else is snoozin' somewhere. I'm reading baseball box scores.

Perusing baseball box scores is a lost art. Few things more relaxing to me, also.

My Dad use to sit and keep score and stats, Hits,RBIs, strikes, ect. Then he'd keep them and file them in filing cabinets. Lol don't know why, but it's what he did to relax. When we moved house there were 3 filing cabinets full of baseball games of the St. Louis Cardinals going back to the 80's.

View attachment 395147 Got a couple pipes packed with Haunted Bookshop. Was real sick yesterday, feeling better today but gonna take it easy. Me and the boy gonna go play outback awhile before it gets too hot out.
Now don't tell me that just cause you missed out on yesterday's smoke, you're gonna double up and smoke in tandem..... :col:

Or, maybe you load in the morning and then just grab and light through the day... Either way, interesting.
