Coffee from a freshly opened bag of Gold Star Peruvian Macchu Picchu, neat, is my drink. The rain stopped a few hours sooner than our local award winning, most trusted [in]accu-weather forecasts for past twelve years claimed, so the ferals are outside with the exception of the snoozin' Harry the Hairy.

Now smoking year 2019 C&D Yorktown in a 1991 Ashton Brindle X straight brown sandblast dublin with a square shank and tapered square acrylic cumberland stem. Just fed Sleepy Suzy, and am getting ready to clean a few pipes. Guardians lead the Dodgers 7-4 in the 9th.

A third of the way through this bowl of year 2012 Butera Pelican in a 1970s slight bend black sandblasted English Rustic 120S Billiard (Comoy’s second) with a black vulcanite saddle stem. This pipe originally belonged to my college art mentor, the late professor Walter Barker. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Been chatting business on the book that I am co-editing. Cleaned a few pipes, too.

Kendal Mixed in an AGovem.

I’ve smoked almost an entire 1/4 lb bag of Kendal Mixed, most of a 7oz can of sir Walter, and a few other tobaccos through this thing. It’s seen at least a couple hundred bowls and there’s really not a bit of color. It’s a fantastic smoker and it doesn’t bother me in the slightest but it’s interesting nonetheless.
