A third of the way through this bowl of year 2024 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Some of the cats have eaten, and the rest are eating now. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

So far today two bowls of two different blends with which I have been experimenting. I presently have 5-6 tobaccos or prepared blends that I rotate through. Seldom anymore do I stay with just one throughout an entire day. Most days I’ll rotate between at least two, sometimes three. Was curious what others do – stick with one tobacco for the day or rotate several through the course of the day?

Morning Smoke: My Three Cobs - Any of you old farts remember a similarly named sit-com? Just finished my morning smoke in the middle, Long-stemmed Mini-Cob, a nice 15 minute smoke (with returning taste buds) with a great, under-rated tobacco, Borkum-Riff Cherry Cavendish, with the usual cold coffee accompaniment. This tobacco needs a longer smoke than I had - frankly prefer Captain Black's over-the-top cherry juice with the coffee in the AM.

Picture is a quick, sleazy, cut and paste and smudge and frame job that I just edited from the last post I made on my travel pipe set, cuz I'm outta here now for the usual current daily madness and have not time (or patience right now, to be honest), to do a snap. Typing this up is enough thanks.

NB: The trio made me think of my two Petersons, and is going to cost me next month's surplus, I'm afraid. I was going to photograph them for an upcoming smoke, calling them Big Pete, and Little Pete, which I do. The three cobs are now a constant reminder that it is absolutely necessary to obtain a RePete. Tell me, oh gurus of What Are You Smoking Now, does this madness ever end?

Stoopid windy today, so I’ve been avoiding smoking a pipe so far.
After deciding I couldn’t stand it any longer, I thought I’d give GLP geometrié another go (having not liked it at all on my first try of it).
Tossed some in the little AKB skater meer I got from @infectedpsyche, and headed to the leeward patio.
Not bad, but not my jam. It definitely is better after airing out a while and weeks in a jar than in was straight out of the tin. Glad I only got one tin…

PS Peaches & Cream that I just got today in a trade. Smoking in my other half of the Yorkshire Matched Grain pipes. Made with the superior and unmatched Algerian briar. This is my one and only aromatic pipe, but that needs to change. I've been trying and liking more aros lately. They really make you slow down your pace. If you puff too fast, there isn't much flavor. Nice and slow and they taste good.....in my opinion. :)

Haunted Bookshop in the Savinelli Cumberland 803. My favorite smoke in my favorite pipe. I think it's my favorite anyway, I seem to pick it up more than any other. Black Coffee and a whole day to waste. Can't wait
It's actually a 806. I don't know why I thought it was an 803. Lol been calling it an 803 for like a month. It's stamped 806 on the bottom. Lol my bad
