Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am smoking year 2016 Newminister 400 Superior Navy Flake in a straight smooth brown year 1948 Parker Super Bruyere patent 23 88/F bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Going to read baseball box scores.

Last smoke of the day is Peretti Blend W in a straight black sandblasted circa 1950s Comoy’s Peterson’s made for Peterson, Ltd. in Wisconsin billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Going to check on the ferals. Sleepy Suzy's been by my side purring loudly, and she won't like me getting up to feed the others. She'll get over it when I sit back down with her.

1000001644.jpg Woke up this morning couldn't find one of my boots, my baby boy hid it in his toy box, finally find it and get ready to go out the door, can't find my car key. Look everywhere can't find it. Running so late for work I just called in sick. Finally found my key and it's probably not too late to still go to work but heck I got a bowl packed now and some coffee, might as well enjoy my day on the porch. Play hookie. So anyway, I got the HB in the Savinelli Cumberland 803 Canadian drinking some black coffee. Stresses already melting away and I think I'll enjoy my day.

EMP in my Hillbilly with a cup of coffee out here under the breezeway.

Last night was good, wife and I cooked an early supper in the condo, spaghetti with salad and garlic bread for eight. We then headed out towards the boardwalk with everyone. I held up the rear, wrangling kiddos with some Purple Cow in my Stublin. Spent too much money at one of the many candyshops making kiddos happy but let them run it out on the beach at sunset. Got this picture with the misses when it got a little dark.

I held up the rear again as we walked back with some Cowboy Coffee in my Morgan ONE Anse.

I know it's a tourist trap but the boardwalk was lovely :)

Peter Stokkebye Luxury Navy Flake from 2013 in an Excelsior Italian pipe.
This is one of the best smelling tin aroma blends after 12 years. It smells like Fig Newton's and a touch of red wine. If you sniff too hard it tingles your nose like ammonia.
All of that may not sound great, but it's nearly intoxicating. It has become much darker in color and more rich tasting with the years on it.
And yes, the pipe stem needs attention!

About the only attention my stems get is when I smoke them! I am a lazy pile smoker!
