Match Ready Rubbed in Georg Jensen bent brandy. This is the third time I've bought this blend. First two times, I didn't really dig it as much as I thought I would. I seem to enjoy it more this time around. I've also got a lot more experience with the cut, which is proving to be the key to this whole operation.

Long, tiring week past, sea side, thinking of firing a bowl of Brown Boogie or Dark Flake unscented.
Now smoking year 2014 MacBaren Three Nuns in the first pipe Trever Talbot made when he went to France many years ago. It's a smooth straight Algerian briar Lumberman with a long shank and a black vulcanite saddle stem, unbranded.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and green beans dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm nearing the last quarter of this bowl of year 2013 Capstan Blue Ready Rubbed in a straight 1924 Dunhill’s “Shell Briar” patent pot 7 with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Decided to have a Dunhill evening. Spent some time outside keeping Daisy the Feral Princess and Tomato the Brave away from that mysterious black cat that shows up. It knows I fed him/her?, but it's still afraid of me.

Jim, I love you narratives that go hand in glove with your pipe and tobacco choices!
