Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2013 Capstan Blue in a 2015 Ryan Alden quarter bend burgundy sandblasted Queen of Hearts freehand with a black acrylic saddle stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.
Still smoking the Dr. Grabow with Penzance. It was surprisingly clear where we are in Pennsylvania. Lots of stars visible tonight, something we wouldn't have seen in Brooklyn. The moon looked redder through my Canon G7X Mk. II point and shoot as well as through my phone than with the naked eye, which was more muted and paler. With my phone in Nightscape mode, the sky in the photo was much brighter, but, because I didn't have a tripod, there are double stars in the sky due to my shaking during capture (I didn't have anything to brace against to keep the phone steadier). The eclipse was very cool to see!
