More bread on the nose than the bowl imho, @jiminks review on TR is spot on and far more eloquent than any description I could muster. I’m just venturing into straight Va territory to be honest, I’m loving Germain’s Gold Leaf and Medium but the Savinelli Juno is the breadiest I've tried so far. Again imho.

Thank you and appreciated my fellow pipe smoker. Yeah I've read many of Jims reviews for reference and always very well done. Lately I've been smoking Red Virginia flake, I have a sweet tooth for it.

About a quarter of the way through this bowl of Wilke Rum and Maple in a straight smooth with a tobacco leaf carving on the bottom left, dark brown 1980s Sir Brent pot with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching the Mets-Rockies game.

I just booked some theatre tickets for later in the year in the hope we won’t be living in some dystopian future where theatre is banned. Bizet’s Carmen and the National Ballet’s Snow Queen, hopefully the GF will be back in the country to join me or it’ll just be me looking like someone who couldn’t scare up a date.
Now smoking Germain’s Medium Flake in the Kiko Africob with G’s 1820 lined up in the Kiko amboseli meer for after dinner, Duck breast Chinese style with veg fried rice and crispy beef strips.
