I just booked some theatre tickets for later in the year in the hope we won’t be living in some dystopian future where theatre is banned. Bizet’s Carmen and the National Ballet’s Snow Queen, hopefully the GF will be back in the country to join me or it’ll just be me looking like someone who couldn’t scare up a date.
Now smoking Germain’s Medium Flake in the Kiko Africob with G’s 1820 lined up in the Kiko amboseli meer for after dinner, Duck breast Chinese style with veg fried rice and crispy beef strips. View attachment 81846
It's lucky I post before bedtime as otherwise I'd want to eat something after reading about your different eats.

Taken from mid '70s top shelf magazine - forget which, probably Men Only:-

Speaking about brothels: remember the movie Charlie Varrick when Joe Don Baker as "Molly" visits the Mustang Bridge Ranch Brothel?
Molly: [when asked if he would like a prostitute] "I don't sleep with whores... at least, not knowingly."
(2115) Monica Lewis - Charley Varrick - YouTube

He's got @Birddog66's Longchamp too.

An unusual bowl with spine ridge front and back from 1918 and a couple of earlier examples - a shape I can't say I've come across in modern times:-

Hi,

What’s with what appears like a stamp inside the chamber of the second pipe/picture?

Since I’ve been here I’ve noticed how some of your cabinets are slightly displayed in the backgrounds, showing what I presume is a nice collection. I believe I’ve seen on the forum posts to show off collections, have you posted any? If not I hope you will, as I’d love to see your complete cabinets collections, if you don’t mind sharing.

One last thing, with what appears like an immense collection, I was curious, how are you considering the next pipe you’d to smoke next? Any method to the madness, or whatever sparks your fancy? :)

Thanks

PS Cube Cut PS41 in my brand spankin’ new Peterson Irish Made Army apple (#86) with acrylic fishtail stem. I left that black stuff they use to coat the chamber. Pretty easy first smoke. I might smoke a few bowls of Sutliff Edgeworth match tonight to further the break in process. Bourbon in my glass. Reading essays by E. B. White. Has there ever been a better wordsmith and story teller?

Enjoyed a wonderful salad, French cut pork chops and asparagus dinner with strawberries for dessert. I've about a quarter of a bowl left of year 2013 Solani 633 in a 1954 patent Dunhill 148 Group 3 black shell bulldog made for the France market with a black saddle vulcanite stem. El Salvador Dali, neat, is my drink. Took out the trash and recycle, emptied the dishwasher, fed Suzy and Molly, and the outdoor feral cats. Going to watch Superman and Lois in a few minutes.

Listing this a couple of minutes or so early: year 2017 Savinelli Doblone d’Oro in a smooth straight brown early ‘60s Lane era “William Conrad” Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem.
