Purple Cow in an old cob I can't identify. I jammed a custom Boswell stem on the cob that clearly seemed to be the wrong size but I made it work. Might be the last bowl for that cob but the Cow is pretty good.
Building shit and smoking some revor plug in a cob. This blend has the perfect amount of Latakia 
Germains RDF in a Peterson Kildare 338 to finish off the day. Lovely.

Half way through this bowl of KBV Festivus VaPer in a 1978 Peterson Deluxe 20S medium bend smooth dark brown billiard with a silver cap military mount black vulcanite saddle p-lip stem.

Out on the deck enjoying another wonderful evening smoking a freshly opened jar of Gawith Hoggarth Coniston Cut Plug from 2019 in a Savinelli New Art. I had smoked a good bit of CCP back around 2010 and then didn’t have any for years. Bought a few oz in 2019 and found it to be much harsher than I remembered. I’m happy to report that 2 years in a jar has brought it back to exactly how I remembered it to be. Almost makes me think the stuff I bought back in the day had been sitting around in the warehouse and had already aged!
Basil's are 6 and 3/4 inches long, which was the length of the original Merchant Service pipes Bing smoked. The pipes made by the current Merchant Service company are a tad longer.
About halfway through a bowl of Wilke’s Lizzie Blood Red Virginia in a Savinelli 320 KS. A little age does wonders for this blend. It was not bad to begin with, but it’s really at a whole other level now with a year or so on it. I might have to put away a pound or two just to cellar.

I was going to fire up some Gaslight but the cat just got on my lap, so in deference to him I’ve changed to Solani Yellow Label VaPer in the Jima again. He’s really not keen on lat blends.
