I’m smoking Golden Days of Yore in this Dr Plum “Seventy” that I got today from the same little shop I got the Stanwell, same price too. I’ve no idea what shape you’d call it but it actually smokes quite well and a little mineral oil has brought out quite a nice grain for what must have been an inexpensive pipe.

Shape looks lovely and very similar to this GBD showing on the Pipedia site -
listed as a 9665 ('Bent Poker- Sitter')

although looks to me to have a smidgeon of 'Skater' in its DNA with a very 1970s flared base:-

There's also a Kaywoodie connection with your pipe and GBD:-

Considering the connection GBD/Dr. Plumb/Kaywoodie I guess it's not surprising that shapes crossover occasionally.
The Dr. Plumb was developed by the Parisian sales manager J.B. Rubinovich in 1925 when GBD France needed “a cheap line of pipes" especially for the Canadian market. In fact the new brand was named after Mr. Rubinovich’s secretary Leslie W. Plumb whose most important business was "to doctor the figures" in the ledgers.
