Now smoking year 2014 HU Directors Cut in a smooth straight Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad.

Heading back into work, trying my first bowl of a Scottish Blend from The Country Squire, in a Welsh basket pipe (Rowles & Son of Cardiff if I'm reading it correctly). The Scottish is called Bag End, I know, I know, but I share a birthday with JRR and read all his books both as a kid and an adult, so I can't pretend I have a problem with Hobbitizes in the pipe smoking world.
