99 Christmas Cheer? I'm jealous. Blackwoods flake in a parker bruyere deluxe Canadian right now. When I first got the blackwoods flake and tried it I was quite disappointed as I'd read so many good reviews for it, so I did what it said in a couple of reviews, pop the tin, let it sit for a few weeks, and now it's amazing. It was a 2012 tin so it was probably still too fresh and hadn't undergone enough fermentation, now it's got that McClelland's tang that I love.
