Had my second smoke from that 2019 tin of Solani 656 Aged Burley Flake that I opened yesterday. I rubbed out a flake with the intention of drying it for about an hour or two, but five hours went by and the flake was dried to a crisp. I stuffed it into a Savinelli Bing's Favorite and it was excellent. Gone were the bready Virginia flavors, instead it tasted very much like earl grey tea, with notes of toasted nuts and cocoa here and there.

Next time I'll set a timer so I won't forget it on the kitchen table.

I feel, as if I have been kicked like a fresh cauliflower. Still no smoking and no alcoholic beverages. Just reading and resting. And a few cocktails of pills.
