I had a pipe last Thursday. I think I caught Norovirus and haven't smoked or eaten since I went to be Thursday night. This morning I have a glimmer of respite? hope? improvement. My body temperature regulator has been all out of whack and I've been keeping my condo at 75 degrees. The gut has been a source of discomfort and I've been basically bedridden for 3 days. This stuff is not fun. I've tried to figure out where I might have picked it up and it's basically 2 places. Where I got groceries or when I took a neighbor to the local elementary school to get his grandson. I've read about it this morning and it isn't airborne, so, that second scenario might be a stretch.
I didn't have diarrhea. Just vomiting the first day, and really feeling awful the rest of the time.

Hope you feel better! I have Crohn’s Disease and know exactly how awful GI issues can be! My flares are a lot like food poisoning because it affects my stomach and small intestines. I’m pretty well versed in getting through such things so if you find yourself still feeling badly, I’ve got a few tricks up my sleeve!

I’ve been real busy at work! I hate filing rushes, but I feel better knowing it’s helping some good folks in a tough spot. Started out my day with OJK in my reliable Country Gentleman. Now that it’s evening, I may jump on the Grousemoor bandwagon. Great blend! I don’t usually go for bright Virginias, but grousemoor is a real winner! Grasmere is another possibility. We’ll see, but I need something real floral tonight hahaha.
