This is Morning Smoke in the Stanny plateau...Tim Horton's coffee. Heard my first mourning dove of the season this morning.

Good photo! It's really trippy looking, the stems twisted, the bowl is melting. The shadows are mysterious. Great Pipe photography! Very cool!

The Tennessee Basketball team beat Alabama on a buzzer beater today, so I also had a celebratory cigar, a Drew Estate Liga Privada #9, one of my co-favorite cigars.

Then it was the Balandis XL Anse with MM Missouri Pride, a freebie meh VaBur I keep trying to smoke up.View attachment 374821

Half way through this bowl of year 2024 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. It's going to be another very busy day for me. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Fed my cats, and all four ferals with no drama. Daisy the Feral Princess seems well today although she didn't eat much. Abner the Eager hid behind the sofa after he ate. Harry the Hairy ate dry food outside. Tomato the Brave is chasing invisible friends and catnip toys around the den. I'd say they were his intellectual equal. :)

I'm really hungover, drunk too much strong cider, smoked some twist and had a toke on some pot .Was up till 5 in the morning listening to bluegrass, think I even did some singing.
I'm now having a bowl of St. Bruno in the Falcon and hoping that I don't bump into my neighbours
Sounds like a great night!

March Meerschaum Madness, is it? Right. I loaded up the little Meer prince with a fill of some Thuoc Lao which has been infusing with a shot of Navy rim for 15 days. Whoever gave me that advice, it was good. The burnt-barbecue-chicken-stewed-cabbage-rins-and-bad-drains bouquet is largely suppressed by some pleasant rum flavour, which has allowed a cigar-like note to come out. However, it turned out to be too moist and I gave up on it after 9 charlights and a quarter way down the bowl. Leaving it in the pipe for another go tomorrow, and have put some more in a tin to dry out a bit. I may try stoving some of the infused stuff, too. Somehow I don't think it'll ever be a civilised smoke on its own... still stoned an hour later... perhaps it'll mix reasonably well with Semois... we'll see.Smoke020325.jpg

Did a set of walking reps on this cold, windy day, and smoked a bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in a slight bent black pattern etched 1977 Lorenzo Lorsan Sigma level top billiard with a gray swirl acrylic saddle stem. Lunch is next!

If the Grim Reaper smoked a pipe, I think you found it! Very cool
