Now smoking year 2013 Stonehaven in a 2002 medium bend smooth brown Rinaldo EGEA 03 Silver line spigot 10 with a black acrylic saddle stem. This will last a while as I am enjoying quiet time reading.
My first bowl of Orlick Golden Sliced in a Novak 192. Finally a day nice enough to sit and read on the patio. Not quite sure what I think of this blend yet. Get hints of Virginia that taste good, but need some time with this one.
Smoking Old Toby in a cob. Very pleasant, and smells nice in the room. Hey, it's snowing, raining, and cold out there. I'm playin the weenie and smoking indoors. Lol. Have a good one everyone.
Three bowls of dried Old Toby throughout the day, loosely packed in my new NOS unlabeled Hungarian to start a carbon build up in the bowl after cleaning/sterilizing. It already has a nice thin black coating all the way to the bottom. ( I suspect its an unlabeled Cellini Original). It has a 20mmx50mm chamber. It has beautiful birdseye and cross grain. Its a great cool, very dry smoker. It has an open draw like a cob. I have always wanted to try a Hungarian shape and don't know why I waited so long. Very comfortable to hold or hang, very light weight, this is my new favorite shape alongside the bent egg. An advantage of this pipe is I can pack less tobacco and use it in windy conditions when necessary.
