What don’t you like about? I ask because I have some cellared but I have never actually smoked it.

I wish I had the knowledge and vocabulary with which to explain it. There’s some element missing for me in the taste, although there are things I like: the orientals maybe. I prefer the aftertaste over the flavor when smoking. Also, it reminds me a little of some Chinese herbal decoctions.

To be honest- I also find it very difficult to describe my thoughts re different blends.

I usually say something like “this stuff is awesome “ or “this stuff is pretty good” knowing full well that these kind of statements are of zero value or interest to anyone lol.

Love your taste in meers Hoosier!

My family: my wife, daughter, son-in-law, grandson, granddaughter and my sister, took me out for a birthday dinner (76!), to a local Greek restaurant, the Psistaria.
Great food and family warmth and love.
When I got home, I fired up a bowl of McClelland's Samovar in my Peterson Sherlock Holmes Original. I set it in the Peterson Sherlock Holmes pipe rest, a wonderful gift from LatakiaDave. Again, thank you, my friend Dave.
To complement my smoke, I had a few drams of Jack Daniel's Single Barrel-Barrel Proof (67.5% ABV).
