Nice! Would love to see a pic of yours sometime if you get a chance.

I scored this on ebay for $12. Haunted by Prince Albert and what smells like the rest of the dead royals. Rim looks like the previous owner used to tap it out by beating it on the pavement, lol. After cleaning out what looked like a quarter lb of cake, I can fit about a quarter of a tin in her. And I'm sticking with "tugboat" from here on out! That fits much better than "big stubby scooper horn thing"?

That’s a sharp looking pipe man! I’ve owned many GBD’s over the years and all have been good smokers. My fave is still my Conquest Pedigree that I purchased at my first pipe show in 2009.

Curious, is the Savinelli working as a stand in while the Peterson takes a smoking break?
Nah, I tend to smoke the Newgrange in the morning. The Stanwell and Savinelli Series III are used for somewhat similar blends as the Newgrange. Strong blends, mostly, and some Latakia in the Sav. The Stanwell was pretty regular in my rotation, but it's been knocked down a peg since my Ashton and Castello arrived over the past few weeks.

About to fire up a bowl of GL Pease Embarcadero in a Rossi Rubio 8673.

Yes, but the photo you associated with the Pete. Something is amiss or else this whole gender identity thing has crept into the very bowls and stems of the pipe world. LOL.
