Welcome to the Burley side lol. Let me know how you find it.I’m with you on that, you just can’t help but relax even just by opening the tin and breathing in the heady aroma.
I’m about to head into your Burley arena, I’ve only really had as part of different blends so far. I’m getting some samples from a member next week to guide me a bit.
Wow... stem, band, bowl contrasts are just perfection.About ready to fire up some Presbyterian Mixture in this new lattice Dublin meerschaum. View attachment 72712
What do you think of the Stirling Flake? Notice much (or any) difference from the Irish Flake?Rattray's Stirling Flake in a sandblasted Ropp nosewarmer billiard
Thanks - I admit to just admiring it for a couple of weeks before I smoked something in it.Wow... stem, band, bowl contrasts are just perfection.
I find them similar, but i do think they're different, even if just slightly. I've only smoked a few bowls so far so i can't really put my finger on it, but it's there. I'm pretty well stocked up on Irish Flake so when i finish the two tins of Stirling i have i don't think I'll be hunting it down again. How do you like it?What do you think of the Stirling Flake?
