First smoke of the lovely, tangy C&D XX Flake in my Dave Neeb with my new Corgi puppy. View attachment 22913

Actually a great time to get a pup! The first two/three weeks is critical to training a well-behaved dog. What a great silver lining you've found!

I would also like to formally register a complaint against members @BROBS @Bowie @SpookedPiper for liking my post in the "Cracking Anything Special?" thread and basically forcing me to open this '16 Frog on a Log - burning it in a Tom Eltang whatever-you-call-this shape while I'm re-watching Buster Keaton's "the General".

Gosh that Corgi puppy is a heart throb. What a doll. My St. Pat's smoke will be Erin Go Bragh in my Peterson Around the World Series bulldog dedicated to Ireland. My Lefty, a Maine Coon-like cat, a rescue, greets your puppy. He's a portly gray cat, a fine mouser as it turns out (learned perhaps from his Aunt Bella, an American short hair type). Lefty is what I call a well-rounded cat.

My work here is done. Carry on.
