Another bowl of GH Sweet Rum Twist, now I've consumed half of the 50g that I bought and have reached a stage with the blend where I know what to expect. Love it.

A third of the way through this bowl of Stokkebye Highland Whiskey in a 2013 slight bend grain etched briar John Barrett Volcano with a walnut shank and a black plastic stem. Just brewed some coffee as I go back to work.
Had some Black Coffee in my Dunhill shell briar today. This was the aromatic from Leavitt & Peirce in Cambridge Square- Boston, that I smoked for about 20 years before I branched out into anything else. I certainly wouldn't call it a nuanced smoke any more, but always a comfort.
Did some snacking, and am now smoking year 2010 Amphora Original (Brown) in a 1990s slight bend black Sasieni 4 Dot Ruff Root Dark 4 Dublin with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Work is done for the day, and I'm phone chatting about tobacco.
A bowl of Mac Baren Plumcake to round off the evening in my Missouri Meerschaum straight Country Gentleman with blue swirl faux military forever stem.
How do you feel their Plumcake compares to the others out there? Seattle Pipe Club's for instance.

I've had a horrible couple of weeks with what seems to be a new to me tree pollen allergy that made my mouth become inflamed, lips swollen, itchy torso, runny nose, difficulty swallowing..finally got some anti-histamine and have my taste buds back.
