1998 Paul Olsen King Frederick the 9th mixture (medium English)/ with some Samuel Gawith twist that I added to it in the early 2000s in a Randy Wiley Ovation that I found in a supposedly empty pipe box today. This King Frederick is a lot fuller /mustier now than I remember a new tin being.I may add some more brown twist to it.A very good smoke.

Since the wife is out, I get to enjoy more time alone so I started out the night with some GH&Co Rum Twist in a Davidoff Sandblast Billiard. Then I moved on to some GH&Co Kendal Mixture, which I was trying for the first time. It was excellent and would make an excellent mixer but it's so finely cut they should call it California Wildfire because it burns so fast. Houdini could have used it in a magic act where he has an audience member pack the bowl, Houdini lights it and in one inhale it turns the while thing into ash.

Had a bowl of Planta with Syrian Latakia, a bowl of Sutliff 515 Red Virginia, and a bowl of Sutliff Barbados Plantation out of the cob today, a day late because I didn't take my cob to work yesterday. It was a good day for smokes, as I greatly enjoyed every one of them.
