Moved on to Newminster 403 Superior Round Slices in the Country Gentleman. This time I rubbed them out completely, and it's actually working out much better than yesterday when I placed them directly into the Pete briar. The frogs are still singing on this muggy Texas night.

It really does. I have one goal for all the steep banks on my property, and that is to not weed eat them. Mulch, lovegrass, bushes, etc will all be utilized.

Smoking Wild Seven rolling tobacco by Gorilla Tobacco. Not bad.Made in India, marketed in Korea.Bought it at a place called Rollo,in Daejeon.The man has two rolling machines,and rolls and sells his own brand of cigarettes in thier own boxes.Very nice.

Sutliff 507-C in the Vauen Olaf bent egg. I normally don't smoke a whole bowl in the morning in one sitting but this morning the pack and cadence and flavor were all perfect and I just kept going while waiting on the coffee to brew. Last night I had to use a drill bit by hand to clear the air channel at the bottom of the bowl. Now enjoying columbian coffee and cream. I hope everyone has a wonderful and safe day ! Happy June denizens of the forum. Finally it has stopped raining, the sun has shown up and the neighborhood is overrun with noisy yellow jackets. I am not talking about insects here but the Mexican landscaping crews with back pack mounted leaf blowers! Since today is a public holiday I am only going to do some light work then goof off to the beer garden. I have started my day with a bowl of Cannon Plug in this very pleasing and well colored 'Devils Arse' pipe from the early 1900's in a lovely and well preserved crocodile covered case.

On the menu for my morning smoke is a tall bowl of C&D Briar Fox loaded in my Bent Hunter Falcon with a chimney meer and paired with an espresso.
