Drucquer and Son’s Levant in Northern Briars Rox cut Regal. This is one of the best Pease Balkans out there. More people should know about this one. Sweetness from the reds, powerful Latakia and Orientals with some ginger spice. Smashing stuff. Was smoking White Knight earlier today and this is similar in some ways. However, it is smoother, has no edges, has the ginger that brings out the Orientals, and is overall the better and more mellow blend with that unflavored soda note-not to say White Knight isn’t great. This is the quintessential old school Balkan.
