Earlier, I smoked a bowl of Seattle Pipe Club Hogshead in a well appreciated medium bend, smooth brown 1950s Peterson 999 Dublin chubby Rhodesian with a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem.

Currently, I am passing the first third of this bowl of KBV B. Frog’s Peaty Hunt in a straight dark brownish sculpted 1960-70s Peterson meer poker with a factory replacement tapered black AB p-lip stem. Working on a review of this blend as I wait for the Braves-Reds game to start.

I don't usually have more than one pipe bowl a day, but today, I wanted more. Am enjoying PS Luxury Navy Flake in a clay. As Halfdan would say, it's going View attachment 229018down good!
@Carol Nice pipe and a good tobacco choice for a clay. I enjoyed it in my clays. Mainly smoking loose Gawith Hoggarth in the clay pipes at the moment.
Started stitching the seams on one of my shopping bags that needed repairs; I think my stitching is much stronger than factory machine stitching. One of the buttons has come off my Redcoat (smoking jacket:)) so I need to fix it as well.
Always great to see a non Halfdan clay pipe post:)

C&D Autumn Evening in the Savinelli 2614KS rusticated with 6mm Balsa filter this afternoon and Sutliffe 507-C tonight in same pipe while running and errand. Found a few old Zippo lighters I had forgotten I had acquired including my Dad's 1954 Chrome/stainless Zippo and my anniversary Brass pipe lighter plus 4 others. I'm a bit taken aback by the ebay selling prices on some of them - perhaps not the best measure but a significant increase over purchase price. I didn't know they were collectible. I haven't used one in 40 yrs and may try one again.

Smoking some Mac Baren's Black Ambrosia in a Stanwell very bent. The bowl is half sandblasted and half smooth. The bit is a little broken up, but that is hidden well with one of those little rubber bit covers ... and I don't mind the feel of the bit cover at all.
