Hello, I purchased this last week, and opened it today on my birthday, as a birthday present to myself. 🎂 🎁 🎈 🎉 Purchased from Tabaccheria Corti, a Radice Clear Dublin with a faux bamboo look in the briar, and with Baldo Baldi briar aged over 20 years. For its inaugural smoke, G.L. Pease Telegraph Hill, in a Radice Clear Dublin, with Baldo Baldi briar, aged over 20 years.
Call me crazy, I think it’s going to be GL Pease PG free all the way, with straight VAs, and VAPers until I break this in LOL.
The first few puffs are absolutely amazing. I’m getting me some rubber bits for this thing, yeah yeah, I like to take care of my toys, I’m not going to chew up the stem on this. LOL
This Telegraph Hill goes out to @Jwebb90 who got me excited, when I read his enjoyment of this blend!

What you have here is a picture of questionable taste. Mixture 79 and Root Beer whiskey. 
Did a little snacking, and am passing the quarter mark on this bowl of Sutliff Presbyterian in a straight dark brown and tan rusticated Peterson 2023 Saint Patrick’s Day Canadian with an Irish flag colored ferrule and tapered black acrylic stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2002 Reiner Long Golden Flake in a smooth dark brown quarter bend 1950s Comoy’s Blue Riband 187 yachtsman with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Been a while since I smoked this blend. Busy cleaning a few pipes.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of Wilke No. 515 Double Shot in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This is No. 515 with twice the rum of the Basil Rathbone blend.

Half way through this bowl of Watch City Original Crumb Cut in a 1950s-60s straight smooth brown Bertram 07 octagonal paneled billiard with a square shank and a tapered black vulcanite stem. I'll finish the day with this smoke.
Thanks. I really like the style, and Bertram pipes are very good smokers. Underrated, too, so you can get them at reasonable prices.

Amphora Burley in a Country Gent.
Warrior Plug in this unusual ex-weezell 19th century meerschaum that has been topped at some point in its life and then had a new stem added I think by Tim before finding its way to me. I have no idea who made it but it is by far a most interesting pipe.
