Probably poured a little heavy on the Macallan 12. But it’s Friday. Why not? Plan this weekend is try some balkan/oriental stuff I have. First is some Wilke 515 in a Ser Jacopo. Great smoking pipe. Making this blend sing. I don’t think I’m a liquor topping guy but this is making me reconsider

Green noodles made from mung bean flour and pandan leaf extract (a fragrant screw pine or pandanus - the "Asian vanilla") in coconut cream and palm sugar (gula Melaka) syrup. ?

About a third of a bowl left of Prince Albert in a straight smooth walnut 1927 KBB Kaywoodie Drinkless 86 dublin with a tapered black vulcanite stem. This model was only made in 1927.

Just finished smoking Wilke No. 24 in a smooth straight brown 1949 Yello-Bole Century Model Lovat with a nickel band accent on the black vulcanite saddle stem.
Now smoking Wilke Golden Sceptre in a late 40s, early 50s straight black sandblasted Wagner British Thorn 495 (Comoy’s second) pot with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Now, I wonder what happened to his big brother, who I haven't seen in almost two weeks. I know he has another place to go so I expect him back sometime.
Last smoke of the day is Wilke No. 515 in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This was the blend Basil Rathbone smoked. Reading baseball box scores.

Just got off work and I’m relaxing with a nice bowl of GH Scotch Flake in a Clark Layton Dublin with a rum and coke on the side. I whipped up a few new tampers last night at work. Two out of Osage Orange, one out of Leopard Wood and a few hammer forged nails.
