A third of the way through this bowl of D&R Raccoon’s Friend in a pre-1980s straight dark brown Comoy's Sandblast 186 billiard with a black vulcanite tapered stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Just fed Suzy and Molly, and the feral cats. Going back to work now that they're satisfied.

I had an engaging and fun meeting with my Saturday ZOOM crew, as I smoked Wilke 524 with Syrian Latakia, in my James Upshall ring grain FH bent bulldog. A mug of Barrie House 50/50 Indonesian Sumatra and Costa Rican Tarrazu was a very good complement to the mellow tobacco.

Evening all, I tried the Eight State in the Balandis Bog Oak horn but won’t comment on one bowl of a newly opened tin except to say it was like nothing I’ve tried so far.
Since then I had Opening Night in the CDL and now enjoying (more with every bowl) Tuskegee Airman in the Jacob the Formidable clay. Tuskegee is now one of my absolute favourite blends. View attachment 84009
@Birddog66 How are you getting on with the clay?
My birthday in 2 weeks' time!
