... and the chatter about Chimay gave me a warm feeling inside thinking about Chimay Bleu/nectar of the gods. What Belgium is probably most famous for that is apart from Hergé and his wonderful Tintin books
Chimay Bleu, one of the finest brews ever made, the red isn’t far behind. I’ve not seen the Adnams Brown around these parts though, and very little Chimay to be honest.
