I took advantage of the 15% off Kramer's sale at smokingpipes.com, and got a pound of Cary Grant and 8 oz of father Dempsey. I'm trying Father Dempsey for the first time in a Rossi Rubino billiard. Dont know why it took me so long to finally order this. It rules.

Almost half way through this bowl of very dry year 2015 D&R A.P. Rimboche in a smooth dark brown, medium bend late 1950s Parker Super Bruyere 45 with a “4” in a circle billiard with a black vulcanite tapered stem. Community Coffee is my drink.

Enjoyed a tasty honey crisp apple, and am now smoking the last of this sample of Ken Byron Ventures Defiance Prototype in a 2003 medium bent Ural meer with a lined and etched egg shaped bowl with a silver band and a brown pearl acrylic stem.

Spent a pleasant afternoon on the patio with the family, while smoking from an old stash of Wilke #524 with Syrian Latakia, in a 70 year old Calabash that belonged to my pipe "guru" (you can read my story about him in the June 2009 issue of The Pipe Collector, if you can find a copy).
