I think the marketing guys at C&D have great imagination. Cross-Eyed Cricket? Who wouldn't want to try it? :ROFLMAO:

It's like their Mad Fiddler, for me. Had to try it because I actually was given that nickname due to a particularly stellar solo violin performance of Stravinsky's "L'histoire Du Soldat" in my playing days. The fact that I actually loved the tobacco was a bit irrelevant - I'd have kept a tin on hand and display just because of the name.

Hats Off to the guys at C&D. They're at the top of their game!
I really like how C&D approach their blends — it’s not just about flavors, but whole series with a concept behind them. You can really feel it in their Lovecraft line: when you smoke it, you get pulled into the atmosphere, and it makes you want to try the whole set. That’s pretty rare — when a tobacco isn’t just about taste, but feels like part of a story.

Since my Wednesdays are typically hectic, I decided to drive in to work for no other reason than to enjoy my pipes.

On the menu for my morning commute was a delightful glass of iced coffee paired with C&D HBS 👻📚 loaded in my nameless French paneled pipe.

For my commute home I enjoyed a bowl of C&D Billy Budd loaded in my Georg Jensen 586 with a plain water.

Hope you all had a great day!

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, snapper and snow peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm smoking year 2019 Seattle Pipe Club Deception Pass plug in a smooth straight brown late 1930s Linkman’s Dr. Grabow Deluxe Bruyere 9703B pot with a nickel accent and a black tapered vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Daisy the Feral Princess woke, up had a light snack, and wanted out. She and Tomato the Brave followed me to the recycle can, and watched me break down boxes. Then they followed me back to the deck, but preferred to stay out. Harry the Hairy woke up to eat, and is near my feet now. Sleepy Suzy is by my side. Molly Danger is on m'lady's lap.
