Relaxing after a wonderful salad, cod and snow peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I've passed the half way mark of this bowl of Watch City Jim’s Golden Ticket in a straight smooth brown mid-late 60s Corporate Era Barling 5579 London England (made by Charatan) lumberman with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe is from the estate of David Cuneo. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Watching the Braves-Giants game. Got the news about the cost of giant tree cut down and removal. Ohhhhh..... The man told me that in the thirty years that he's done this, he'd never seen a tree hurt by lightning like this one.

After trying them both for the first time today, I think I prefer the Dusk between the two. I just got "bready Virginia" from the Dawn, but Dusk has a really rich, full flavor with a little sweetness in the background. Wish I knew how to describe what I'm tasting better! Both are very smooth and well burning. I suspect they'll both improve with a little time in the jar.

Got my errands wrapped up in town and settling back in with an after-dinner bowl of Makhuwa in a Muxiang.
