Change of pace for my morning smoke. Actually had two,
TobaccoBarn's "Rockwell", a Navy Style English, for sure the toughest tobacco I have in my larder. It's kind of reminiscent of Black Frigate, but without the depth and smoothness.
It's also the fastest burning tobacco I have, as a result of the inclusion of cube cut and pressed molasses which also gives it a charred overtone which I very much like. Kinda like eating charred hot dogs next to a smoky campfire. . . . part of the experience, lol. It's also like of getting sucker punched by the neigbourhood bully, and walking away saying, "Man, that felt
good."
So, two pipes,
McQueen Churchwardens, one in ash, a medium bowl, ("Mistral"), and the pipsqueek in briar, ("Miniature Prospector".) As I figured, the two added up to the length of one smoke with a slower burning tobacco.
