Passing the half way mark of this bowl of first production Watch City English Ernie-ental in a straight dark brown and tan rusticated Peterson 2023 Saint Patrick’s Day 264 Canadian with an Irish flag colored ferrule and tapered black acrylic stem. Just finished cleaning a few pipes. Watching a documentary on D-Day. Sleepy Suzy is by my side. Molly Danger is on m'lady's lap. Harry the Hairy is snoozin' somewhere in the house. The other ferals are outside. Didn't see Abner the Eager today. It's been a nice, quiet day.

Last bowl of the night for me. Good times, great food and some superb smokes. To top it all off, a tidy little bowl of Penny Farthing in a GH Zhang octogonal panel. Hope everyone had a great 4th and still has all their fingers and hair come morning.

Now smoking year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a smooth brown medium bend early 1900s C.P.F. The Chesterfield (Peterson copy) French briar military mount billiard with a nickel cap and black vulcanite AB p-lip stem.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am smoking year 2016 D&R Two Timer Gold in a 1982 smooth straight Sasieni Ivory 105 Apple with a black vulcanite saddle stem. This was my first Sasieni. Bought it at my local Tinderbox for $9.95. Reading baseball box scores. Dunno if I'll have another smoke before bed time or not.

I sat out under the gazebo this July 4th. evening while my neighbors filled the sky with prodigious displays of fireworks trying to outdo each other. It was glorious.
I savored a Fuente Fuente Opus X No. 4 and a glass of Jack Daniel's Old No. 7, Frank's Way, 3-2-1. (Mr. Sinatra drank his with three ice-cubes, two fingers of Jack and a splash of water.)

Got this old Bones Bent Brandy that I exclusively use for H&H Classic Burley Kake. The working jar is empty, so I had to dig into the cellar. I haven’t smoked CBK for a while… but it’s a blend that I smoked often until I didn’t smoke it often.

I agree, and it's one i smoke every day. Bob Runowski is sorely missed. He blended the majority of my favorite blends.
