Will be able to get back to pickaxing some rotted buried willow roots that are in the way of planting some lilac bushes for my sweetie. KBV Mr. C’s 1928 Preserve in a Rubio. Thanks again to @hoosierpipeguy for the help in navigating getting a pipe from Jose many moons ago. It’s a great little pipe and “mocha” sized.

I have been smoking the same blend since the late eighties. It was developed for me in Arlington, Texas . It’s a blend of:
Lane Burley without a bite 7oz
Lane HS-3. 5oz
Lane HG-2000 2oz
Latakia 1oz
Perique 1oz

For a change up from time to time go back to an old friend Lane 1-Q.

I have a collection of good pipes but love all my Savinelli’s.

In the W.Ø. Larsen shop master block for the apple billiard shape. Danish Pipe Shop turned the block into a "normal" pipe for sale by sandblasting it, staining it, and giving it a fishtail vulcanite stem.View attachment 231271
