How is this blend after a year of age? Did it mello at all?

I got the 1lb brick and jarred it up, has about 7 months in the jar. This tall narrow chamber works great with it, folded and stuffed or rubbed out like today. Yes, a bit softer now I think. I recall it really Popped with flavor! when new (and I loved it!), in this same pipe. Certainly easy smoking today.

Definitely, that is it, and might not be a negative to some folks. In contrast, the HH Balkan might be the smoothest blend I’ve ever tried and by far my favorite of the two.

i've got a fair few balkans waiting for me to open up/dive into, and let me check my spreadsheet...dang, no HH Balkan. Will have to fix that. Another to put on my list!
