Did a set of walking reps, and smoked a bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a black tapered vulcanite stem. Fed two ferals, too.

@JimInks just out of curiosity, I often see you post about doing "walking reps". Is that like a series of alternating fast/hard walking with normal pace relaxed walking? Again just curious. I do a similar thing on off-running days, especially in hilly terrain.

Enjoyed a tasty cinnamon raisin French toast lunch with peach slices on the side. I'm just finishing this bowl of Pfeifen Huber Virginia Golden Flake in a 1938 smooth straight brown patent Dunhill R 115 bowling ball apple with a tapered cumberland stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Just got a sample of the new Watch City Waltham Broken Cake to review. It'll go on sale next week.

My normal walking pace is pretty fast by comparison to most people, and that's my general speed. The street I walk up when I do the reps is about a 45 degree angle so it's a trek.
